My payment declined - what happens next?

If your payment declines - we will send you an e-mail letting you know that the payment declined and that you need to update your card information. We will attempt to receive your payment for 30 days only - and then will automatically suspend your subscription and no longer attempt to collect payment. In this case - you will not receive a bag and your subscription will no longer be active.

Please update your billing details in your account to prevent further shipping delays.
