If you are a US subscriber, you will receive tracking information around the 10th to 15th of the month. We will send you an e-mail which includes USPS tracking information where you can track your package. Don’t get worried if you notice that other subscribers have their tracking codes before you – we’ll continue sending them throughout the shipping process. If you’ve never received a tracking email, please be sure to check your Spam folders and mark us as a safe sender. Tracking numbers might take 24 - 72+ hours to update, please be patient.
Tracking information for our subscribers outside of the USA (Canada, Spain, UK, Australia) is available, but sometimes takes a little bit longer to update with USPS.
